Return Window
You may return products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products, installed products, consumables (glue boards, filters), and products with broken seals cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.
