Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

2. Eligible Products

  • Products in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects (covered under warranty)
  • Wrong product delivered

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g., custom PVC curtains)
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Products without original packaging or tags

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days
  4. Inspection and refund/exchange processed within 7 business days of receiving the item

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. For bank transfers, please allow an additional 2–3 business days.

6. Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement product has a price difference, the balance will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Warranty Claims

For warranty claims (within the warranty period), contact our support team with your invoice and product photos. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
