Claim process

Step 01
Send your GST invoice number, product serial number, and a 30-second video of the issue to support@aerster.in or our WhatsApp line.
Step 02
Our service team triages, confirms warranty eligibility, and assigns either a remote diagnostic call or an on-site engineer visit.
Step 03
For warrantied issues, we replace the failed sub-assembly free of charge or ship a brand-new unit within 7 working days.
Our service desk acknowledges every claim within 4 working hours and assigns an engineer the same day for major outages.
