30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-manufactured products
• Products modified or installed
• Opened consumables

Refund Process

2. Provide Order ID and reason for return
3. Ship the product back (we provide pickup for orders above ₹10,000)
4. Refund is processed within 7-10 business days after inspection

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation is subject to shipping charges.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, report within 48 hours with photos. We provide free replacement or full refund.
